Delivery:
Retail orders will ship within 5 business days. If you would like the order rushed, please contact us. Delivery on custom items varies, contact us for more information

Shipping Charges:
All domestic orders shipped via insured Fed Ex or DHL Ground. Shipping charges are calculated by weight. International shipping charges will be calculated after order is placed.

Payment:
We accept Visa and Mastercard online or by phone. We also accept check or money orders by mail.

Sales Tax:
Washington State Law requires that orders shipped to Washington State Residents be taxed at the local sales tax rate (currently 8.8%).

On rare occasions, we encounter a bottle or label that is that is defective and they become damaged during the flattening process. If this happens, we will make every possible effort to repair or replace the bottle with a similar one. However, no guarantees are made, and we require a signed release along with your order.

Return Policy:
If you are disatisfied with your purchase you may return it for refund or exchange within 30 days of ordering. Items returned must be in resellable condition and accompanied by a reason for return. Made-to-order items such as Frames, Shadow Boxes, and Wedding Jewelry may not be returned.
